Project Overview:

The East Ramapo Central School District launched a major capital improvement project using ARPA funds, focusing on hazardous material removal and ADA upgrades. 

Essential Constructs helped expedite a major summer construction project across 13 school buildings, completing over 60 drinking fountains, 30 toilet rooms, nurse’s rooms, and interior renovations. They expedited the work by dividing the 13 school buildings into two phases with multiple contractors working simultaneously. TIPS allowed for coordination and material procurement before budget finalization, avoiding delays common with traditional bidding. All renovations were completed within a single summer, and all buildings reopened on time for the fall.
