What to Know

Job Order Contracting is the construction procurement delivery method used by TIPS. All Construction Categories are designated with (JOC). JOC is the abbreviation for Job Order Contracting.

Job Order Contracting utilizes Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) which permits Awarded TIPS Vendors to provide an indefinite quantity of supplies and services to public entity purchasers for the life of the awarded agreement.
