Kim Neal & Associates for Willis ISD
Project Overview:
Kim Neal & Associates, LLC reworked the HVAC systems going from the direct expansion cooling system. Originally the AC units had the ductwork exposed on the roof to a chilled water / hot water central plant system.
They were able to reduce the number of rooftop AC units from 35 to 9, and they were about to re-route all the ductwork inside the building, making the system more efficient and more serviceable than the old design.
